Real Estate Drone Videography in CR4

We fly real estate drone videography throughout CR4, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

Our pilots work in CR4 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. We handle both one-off commissions and scheduled repeat visits for ongoing projects. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.

We shoot real estate drone videography to be used, not to fill a gallery. Operating in CR4 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. CR4 sits in the Croydon postcode area, which our crews cover as one patch.

Flight planning for CR4 accounts for restricted airspace, local infrastructure and pedestrian movement. For confined sites we can drop to sub-250g aircraft without giving up image quality. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.

Our permissions and £10M public liability cover apply to all work in CR4. Raw files come back the same day, with edited output typically inside 24 to 48 hours. You get one point of contact from enquiry through to delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

How long will you be on site in CR4?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.
