Real Estate Aerial Photography in SW1X

UAS London provides real estate aerial photography across the SW1X postcode district, under CAA operational authorisation and £10M public liability cover.

SW1X sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. We can attend a pre-start meeting where the site requires one.

We plan real estate aerial photography around the output you need rather than the shots that look impressive. We treat SW1X as its own operating environment rather than a dot on a London map. SW1X sits in the South West London postcode area, which our crews cover as one patch.

Before we fly in SW1X we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. For confined sites we can drop to sub-250g aircraft without giving up image quality. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.

We are CAA approved and insured to £10M public liability on every job. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. The same pilot who plans the SW1X job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
