Real Estate Aerial Photography in SE17

SE17 is inside our regular operating area. Our real estate aerial photography crews mobilise quickly and arrive with the paperwork already done.

We run real estate aerial photography jobs across SE17 throughout the year. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.

Most SE17 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Operating in SE17 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. Sites across South East London get the same crews and the same standards as SE17.

Any SE17 flight close to controlled airspace gets NATS or ATC coordination arranged in advance. On site we match the platform to the job, using cinema rigs for filming and RTK systems where survey accuracy matters. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. Tell us the SE17 postcode and what you need, and we will quote without obligation. Where a job runs over, we absorb it rather than reissue the invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

How long will you be on site in SE17?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.
