Real Estate Aerial Photography in RM6

Real estate aerial photography in RM6, quoted per job and delivered to a spec you agree up front.

RM6 sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.

Clients in RM6 usually need the material for marketing, a record, or a decision. Tall structures around RM6 affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. RM6 shares its airspace picture with the rest of Romford, which we already know well.

Operations in RM6 are planned against current NOTAMs and airspace data rather than last month's. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. Residents and neighbouring occupiers in RM6 are given notice where the operation warrants it.

We are CAA approved and insured to £10M public liability on every job. File formats are agreed up front so nothing needs converting later. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
