Real Estate Aerial Photography in RM10

RM10 is inside our regular operating area. Our real estate aerial photography crews mobilise quickly and arrive with the paperwork already done.

Our real estate aerial photography work in RM10 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. Projects here run from quick property shoots to multi-day commercial productions. We quote per job rather than from a rate card, because sites differ more than services do.

Most RM10 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Local access, not airspace, is often the real constraint on work in RM10. RM10 is grouped with the rest of Romford on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

We confirm what permissions the RM10 site needs before anything is booked in. Mapping work is flown on RTK platforms rather than estimated from camera drones. Nothing is flown until the paperwork and the brief agree with each other.

Site inductions and permit systems are no obstacle; we work to them routinely. Give us the site details and we will confirm feasibility and cost before you commit. Where a second visit is our fault, it is at our cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

How much notice do you need for a booking in RM10?

A few days is comfortable for most RM10 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
