Real Estate Aerial Photography in N13
From single visits to scheduled programmes, we deliver real estate aerial photography throughout N13.
Our pilots work in N13 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.
A drone reaches vantage points in N13 that scaffolding and cherry pickers cannot justify. Tall structures around N13 affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. N13 is grouped with the rest of North London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.
Where the site in N13 sits near controlled airspace or sensitive infrastructure, we arrange the clearances first. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.
Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any N13 booking. Urgent N13 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in N13.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
How much notice do you need for a booking in N13?
A few days is comfortable for most N13 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
