Real Estate Aerial Photography in IG4
Tell us the IG4 site and the brief, and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.
We take real estate aerial photography bookings across IG4 most weeks of the year. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. We are happy to work alongside a ground photographer or video crew already on site.
Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of IG4. Ilford is a regular working area for us, and IG4 is part of it.
Where the site in IG4 sits near controlled airspace or sensitive infrastructure, we arrange the clearances first. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. If the airspace makes the job impossible, you will hear that at the enquiry stage.
Paperwork is ready before the booking is confirmed rather than chased afterwards. File formats are agreed up front so nothing needs converting later. We flag anything that could delay the IG4 shoot as soon as we spot it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
What do we actually receive at the end?
That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
