Real Estate Aerial Photography in HA4

Book real estate aerial photography in HA4 with a crew that handles the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances for you.

Our pilots work in HA4 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

The value of real estate aerial photography here is showing something that is otherwise hard to see. The airspace picture over HA4 is checked fresh for each booking. HA4 is one of the Harrow districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.

We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the HA4 site before quoting. Depending on the deliverable that might be the Inspire 3 for 8K, a Mavic for reach, or a Matrice for mapping. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.

Permissions, insurance and the risk assessment are all available before the flight rather than after it. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. Nothing about the HA4 operation is subcontracted out without telling you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
