Real Estate Aerial Photography in E8
Whatever the site looks like in E8, our real estate aerial photography team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.
We know the airspace picture over E8 before we quote on it. Typical jobs cover commercial premises, residential developments, industrial units and open sites. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.
What comes back from the E8 flight should stand on its own without explanation. Knowing where you can legally launch in E8 saves a wasted mobilisation. East London is a regular working area for us, and E8 is part of it.
We assess the E8 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. Where the output is data rather than footage, we fly RTK-equipped platforms for survey-grade accuracy. Nothing is flown until the paperwork and the brief agree with each other.
Site inductions and permit systems are no obstacle; we work to them routinely. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. We flag anything that could delay the E8 shoot as soon as we spot it.

Request QuoteFrequently Asked Questions
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
How much notice do you need for a booking in E8?
A few days is comfortable for most E8 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
What do we actually receive at the end?
That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
