Real Estate Aerial Photography in E7

Professional real estate aerial photography in E7, delivered by pilots who work London's restricted airspace every week.

E7 is well within our operating radius, so mobilising a crew there is straightforward. Work in the district covers everything from marketing imagery to progress records and condition reports. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Height limits, restricted zones and helicopter routes all vary across London, E7 included. Anything we can do elsewhere in East London we can do in E7.

Each E7 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. We capture in RAW throughout, so there is headroom left in the grade or the processing. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.

We can supply method statements and risk assessments for your own site paperwork. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a shoot in E7 cost?

Price depends on the site, the flight time and the deliverables, so we quote per job rather than from a rate card. Send us the E7 address and a short brief and we will come back with a fixed, obligation-free price.

Can you work around a live site in E7?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
