Real Estate Aerial Photography in E4

Commercial real estate aerial photography in E4, from a London operator with CAA approval, £10M cover and same-day raw delivery.

We take real estate aerial photography bookings across E4 most weeks of the year. We handle both one-off commissions and scheduled repeat visits for ongoing projects. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.

A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. London airspace is not uniform, and E4 has its own constraints to work around. Sites across East London get the same crews and the same standards as E4.

Any E4 flight close to controlled airspace gets NATS or ATC coordination arranged in advance. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.

Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any E4 booking. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. Where a job runs over, we absorb it rather than reissue the invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

How long will you be on site in E4?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.

Can you fly drones in E4?

Yes. We hold the necessary permissions to operate safely in E4. Every operation includes a full risk assessment and coordination with local authorities or airspace controllers where required.
