Real Estate Aerial Photography in E1W

Everything we fly in E1W sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.

Our real estate aerial photography work in E1W spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. Sites vary from tight residential streets to large commercial and industrial plots. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

Every real estate aerial photography brief starts with what the images have to do. London airspace is not uniform, and E1W has its own constraints to work around. We hold current airspace knowledge for East London as a whole, E1W included.

Ground risk in E1W is assessed on its own terms, street by street. Two-operator setups are available where the shot needs independent camera control. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.

Everything we fly in E1W sits inside the permissions we actually hold. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

A good deal of E1W looks onto the tideway, which is where most of our flying hours have been logged. We plan around the tide, keep a radio watch on river traffic, and notify the PLA before the crew arrives.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

How much notice do you need for a booking in E1W?

A few days is comfortable for most E1W sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
