Real Estate Aerial Photography in E14
Tell us the E14 site and the brief, and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.
If your site falls in E14, our real estate aerial photography team can plan and fly it under existing CAA permissions. Briefs range from a single set of stills through to full production support. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.
Good real estate aerial photography makes the next conversation shorter. Traffic, pedestrians and overhead services in E14 shape the plan as much as the regulations do. East London is a regular working area for us, and E14 is part of it.
Every flight in E14 starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. Mapping work is flown on RTK platforms rather than estimated from camera drones. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.
Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Repeat visits to E14 are delivered to a consistent spec so the set matches. If we get something wrong, we go back and reshoot it.
E14 fronts the tidal Thames, so a job here can mean launching from the bank, from a pier or from a vessel. We are set up and insured for all three, with PLA coordination handled as standard.
What's Included
Thames Riverside Expertise
Because E14 is adjacent to the River Thames, operations here may require specialist maritime knowledge. We coordinate with the Port of London Authority (PLA) and provide highly experienced river skippers when required.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much notice do you need for a booking in E14?
A few days is comfortable for most E14 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
