Real Estate Aerial Photography in BR2

Tell us the BR2 site and the brief, and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.

Our pilots work in BR2 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. We work for construction firms, property teams, marketing agencies and local businesses in the area. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.

What comes back from the BR2 flight should stand on its own without explanation. Traffic, pedestrians and overhead services in BR2 shape the plan as much as the regulations do. Clients in BR2 often have sites elsewhere in Bromley, and we can cover both on one mobilisation.

We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the BR2 site before quoting. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.

Everything we fly in BR2 sits inside the permissions we actually hold. Tell us the BR2 postcode and what you need, and we will quote without obligation. We flag anything that could delay the BR2 shoot as soon as we spot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
