Construction Site Mapping in SE13

Everything we fly in SE13 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.

We run construction site mapping jobs across SE13 throughout the year. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.

Every construction site mapping brief starts with what the images have to do. Tall structures around SE13 affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. SE13 is one of the South East London districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.

We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the SE13 site before quoting. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.

Everything we fly in SE13 sits inside the permissions we actually hold. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. The same pilot who plans the SE13 job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

How much notice do you need for a booking in SE13?

A few days is comfortable for most SE13 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
