Construction Site Mapping in RM10

RM10 is inside our regular operating area. Our construction site mapping crews mobilise quickly and arrive with the paperwork already done.

We take construction site mapping bookings across RM10 most weeks of the year. We handle both one-off commissions and scheduled repeat visits for ongoing projects. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

A drone reaches vantage points in RM10 that scaffolding and cherry pickers cannot justify. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of RM10. We work the whole of Romford, so RM10 is rarely a standalone trip.

We assess the RM10 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. Two-operator setups are available where the shot needs independent camera control. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.

Our permissions and £10M public liability cover apply to all work in RM10. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. We keep the brief and the delivery in writing so expectations stay aligned.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
