Construction Site Mapping in N22
Everything we fly in N22 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.
N22 is part of the London area our construction site mapping crews cover as standard. Projects here run from quick property shoots to multi-day commercial productions. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.
Whether the N22 material ends up in a brochure or a report changes how we shoot it. Operating in N22 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. We work the whole of North London, so N22 is rarely a standalone trip.
Each N22 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. If the airspace makes the job impossible, you will hear that at the enquiry stage.
Paperwork is ready before the booking is confirmed rather than chased afterwards. Ask for the N22 brief to be quoted with and without editing if that helps you compare. You get one point of contact from enquiry through to delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?
Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
