Construction Site Mapping in N14

Everything we fly in N14 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.

Booking construction site mapping in N14 puts a CAA-approved crew on site with the permissions already in place. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Repeat visits to the same N14 site keep the same crew wherever we can manage it.

What comes back from the N14 flight should stand on its own without explanation. Traffic, pedestrians and overhead services in N14 shape the plan as much as the regulations do. Sites across North London get the same crews and the same standards as N14.

Before we fly in N14 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. For confined sites we can drop to sub-250g aircraft without giving up image quality. We keep the separation distances the regulations require from anyone not under our control.

Site inductions and permit systems are no obstacle; we work to them routinely. File formats are agreed up front so nothing needs converting later. You will know who is turning up in N14, and when, before the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
