Construction Site Mapping in HA2

We fly construction site mapping throughout HA2, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

We run construction site mapping jobs across HA2 throughout the year. Enquiries come from marketing teams, site managers, agents and private owners alike. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.

A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. Traffic, pedestrians and overhead services in HA2 shape the plan as much as the regulations do. We hold current airspace knowledge for Harrow as a whole, HA2 included.

Operations in HA2 are planned against current NOTAMs and airspace data rather than last month's. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

Crews carry their permissions on site and brief your ground staff before the first flight. Urgent HA2 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. You will know who is turning up in HA2, and when, before the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
