Stockpile & Volumetric Surveys in Limehouse

Professional, CAA-approved stockpile & volumetric surveys in Limehouse for commercial, residential, and creative projects.

Our operating area includes the Limehouse area, so mobilising there is quick. Briefs range from marketing imagery through to survey data and condition reporting. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

Planning covers airspace class, nearby aerodromes and anything locally that changes the risk picture. Kit ranges from sub-250g aircraft for confined spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre-level mapping. We keep the ground footprint small so the operation stays out of your way.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M cover in place. Where Limehouse requires council notification or pedestrian management, we arrange it as part of the job. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.

Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. We are happy to talk through the brief for Limehouse before you commit to anything. Quotes are fixed, not estimates that drift afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where the Limehouse site genuinely needs more than that, we say so at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

What will we actually receive?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or a written inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do we need the landowner's permission?

Take-off and landing require the landowner's permission, and we will identify whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate wants sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
